Return Goods Policy

1. Product Return Eligibility

   Account must be a current customer of Lil’ Drug Store Products to qualify for return credit. The following product is NOT eligible for return and/or credit:
   1. Product not purchased from Lil’ Drug Store Products, Inc.
   2. Empty packages
   3. Fire or water damaged product
   4. Merchandise sold, purchased or distributed contrary to Federal, State or local laws
   5. Merchandise destroyed without authorization
   6. Outdated product one-year past product expiration date
   7. Overstocked product

2. Method of Return

   All returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Lil’ Drug Store Products, Inc. Once a Return Authorization Number is provided, the product must be shipped FREIGHT PREPAID to the following Distribution Center: ATTN: RETURNS DEPARTMENT – RMA # LIL’ DRUG STORE PRODUCTS, INC. 9300 EARHART LANE S.W. CEDAR RAPIDS, IA 52404-8969 The correct Return Authorization Number must be marked clearly on all shipping cartons for the product to be received correctly. All product must be received within 60 days of the return authorization date to be valid for credit.

3. Conditions of Returns:

   1. Return Requests must be submitted in writing with complete documentation including
      1. Account name and address
      2. Description of product returned
      3. Quantity and reason for return
      4. Amount of return expected
   2. Only a Lil’ Drug Store employee may authorize the destruction of any merchandise in lieu of returning the goods to Lil’ Drug Store Products, Inc.

4. Valuation of Return

   1. Upon receipt, the product returned is subject to count and inspection to determine the final amount of credit.
   2. The value of product credited to the account will be based upon deal pricing, less any applicable discounts taken.
   3. Credit will NOT be issued for any freight, handling, processing or other miscellaneous charges.
   4. If an exception is made regarding overstocked product, a restocking fee for items returned may be assessed at a rate of 10%.

5. Method of Credit

   1. “CREDIT” will be available for deduction.
   2. All credits will be valid for 180 days from date of return
   3. Credit in the form of a check will NOT be issued.

6. Miscellaneous

   1. Failure to comply with any portion of this policy will result in the ineligibility for credit.
   2. Recalls of product will be handled separately with the process being communicated within three (3) business days of the recall notice.
   3. Only Lil’ Drug Store products will be eligible for credit.
   4. Post audit issues discovered within one year of transaction date may be submitted to Lil’ Drug Store Products, Inc. for review and validation. Lil’ Drug Store reserves the right to charge back for time and expense incurred researching invalid claims.
   5. Lil’ Drug Store Products, Inc. reserves the right to deduct from trade funds or promotional programs any deductions taken from invoices which are not authorized by Lil’ Drug Store Products, Inc.
